Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (availability subject to location).
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or remote location deliveries.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999. A flat charge of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹999.
Express Shipping: Additional charges apply based on location and package weight. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can track your order in real-time using the tracking details provided.
If you do not receive your tracking details within the processing period, please contact us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at saveyourlogo3742@gmail.com or call 9922983742.
If a package is lost in transit, we will collaborate with the courier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be offered based on the investigation results.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Most courier services attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance.
Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
